I believe and support Martha’s posting. For approx 2 hours at the meeting given by Fini, Slava and Lou both Mike and Martha were visibly present. They were not hiding. In fact Mike was videotaping the meeting in the front of the room with a camera aimed at the speakers. Martha was on the side and occasionally walked around to talk to friends. At no time did I see any of the apprx.100 people present including Elsa Schwarz ask Mike or Martha to leave or stop the video taping. The videotaping is informative and records the event. The GTCA usually does this and employs Hank as the cameraman. Mike did it for free. What is the difference who the camera man is? How come the GTCA did not offer or provide a recording of this event? Is it perhaps the event was brought by persons who have a different point of view from Ellinger, Kaehler, Belasco, Hasse and Bratiman? Is it because Fini, Slava and Lou are outspoken and want the RECALL to go forward?
To believe Elsa’s claims that Mike and Martha were not invited is absurd. More likely Slava, Fini and Lou knew and or invited them to this event with the knowledge that he would tape it. This invitation and knowledge of their presence is another acceptance, approval, and confirmation of the support that goes out to Mike and Martha. Both Mike and Martha work tirelessly to protect homeowners’ rights in condominium associations. They have been most effective in keeping the Galaxy Association accountable. They have exposed some of the farses, scandals and the inequities of the association. They challenge the establishment and call for Transparency, Releasing of Financial Documents, Releasing of Contracts, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Air Waves and Freedom to congregate in the lobbies and public common areas. They do this by way of their website GalaxyFacts com, Rutgers law school by way of the Constitutional Law Clinic and the ACLU have found numerous violations which are cited in court documents and have taken on the quest for Galaxy homeowners rights at the Galaxy and Twin Rivers.
A few questions for Elsa; Why didn't you from the very beginning of the meeting approach Mike and Martha and ask them to stop taping and leave? You probably knew that you had no right to do so. You also knew when the cameras were rolling it would be an inopportune time since you would appear as a the only person who was complaining and that you would be interrupting and disturbing the meeting. Instead you waited for the meeting to end when the majority of the people left and the cameras were off to launch you uncalled for attack on Mike and Martha. Your behavior was inappropriate and nothing more than a cheap shot at these two fine people. Maybe you are the one who should get a life and find something to add to the community instead of trying to fragment, pulverize and segregate the community.

The answer is simple. Elsa and Niels are the biggest ass kissers of the current and previous boards. Now that the dictatorships past and present at the galaxy seem to be going towards extinction, their true colors have to come out, for whatever self important and self deluded committee positions they have been on are about to go the way of the dodo.

Why does this woman’s umbrage and harassment at two fine individuals should distress us? We all know it is this Board that allows this woman to be in certain committees brainwashing her to believe that she has the authority and power to tell people what to do. I was present when this woman approached the Delucas and believe me she was not pleasant? I agree with Concerned Owner’s comment that neither this woman nor others approached the Delucas throughout the duration of the meeting. It was at the end of the meeting when this woman went for the attack.
As I write these words – and as you read them –we all rely on communication so that we may be informed. If it weren’t for this web site, I would be completely in the dark. I rely on GalaxyFacts to inform me and it allows me to communicate with others residents within this forum. (Not like the “other” web site) With my ceramic mug filled with steaming coffee and a trusting bottle of Maalox (just in case Braitman/Putz writes) I am able to read and write and discuss REAL ISSUES that concerns this association. Though “GalaxyFacts” has become a dirty word to the Board and their committee’s puppets, this successful website made it possible to wake up the residents about the corruption and abuse that is circulating around this association. Remember my fellow readers and writers without this engine of communication, we’d retreat to darkness and frustration and the dead ends of poverty.
As for the Delucas, chin up my friends, here is a quote from Winston Churchill that may explain it better…….

Directors Slava and Fini had a responsibility to run the meeting appropriately as directors. Which meant respecting all unit owners rights, not the right of a non owner/renter. They did not!!! The analogy of Hank is ridiculous. Then they should have hired Mike and Martha and had the board vote on it. Ha ha. This was a board sponsored event not a private party.
Instead after the fact, as usual: …I didn’t know, ...what am I to do?, …I’m only an owner with opinions, blah blah. As we have see from every disruption they have caused... they only step on their mouths when they are happy with who is being insulted and they are controlling what they want to control.
Evidently Lou Otero apologized. That is class! It wasn´t even his meeting.

Ahhhh, poor cry baby. The puppets are in defense for their friend. Yes the womans is a great asset but for YOUR LITTLE GANG. She has not been an asset to this association nor to the residents here. It is a shame that Mr. Lou Otero is using politics to shut your "fascist's mouths up." We all know he is trying to get in the Board and must know how to BS like the rest of Board's clowns. Why don't you just let it go my friend, we all know that she was sent for the purpose to ruin that meeting. It was quite obvious. Go play on the "dark side" website if they let you speak.

Ever wonder why the lobby work is slow? When you get a chance speak with some of the men doing the construction work. Some of them have not seen a check in 3 to 4 weeks. In fact some have left the job site and have not returned because it has been so bad!
