The president (ONE OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE RECALL WHO SHOULD RECUSE HIMSELF FROM ANY DISCUSSION RELATED TO THE RECALL) refuses to add this to the agenda
No vote needed to add to the agenda when it comes to garage automation.
In August 2009 Miller just starts talking, without even mentioning he is adding something to the agenda. But according to Lerner, a vote to add something has been required since after buckalew left as our attorney, almost one year ago. He must have forgotten that his "partner in recall" miller added something one meeting ago without a vote of the directors.
Liar, phony, hypocrite, two faced double standard dirt digger please step down and do everyone a favor.
ellinger, even though I have a BIG problem with him, then and now, shows he is a BIGGER MAN THAN LERNER by resigning for the good of the association to provide for a smooth transition.
And Lerner telling ellinger in 2007 if there was one petition signature to remove him. he would resign. Lets see if he stays consistent with his lies. Remember Lerner on camera in 2007 stated twice (gave his word to ellinger and the association) he would never accept or sit in the president's chair)
There's no doubt that Lerner and his gang make up the rules as they go along. Since Kingman has admitted that he is the lawyer for the home owners, not the board, shouldn't he stop this flagrant violation of our governing documents and past history?
If there are 1,100 units and 100 are in arrears, the 25% of signatures required will be taken from the total amount of units, minus the GTCA owned apartments, minus the total in arrears. In this example, if the galaxy owns 2 apartments and there are 100 people in arrears, the required signatures will be 25% of 998 units.
If someone is in arrears as of 10/01/09, their signature will be disqualified.
If a Director is a Tower representative, the signature to call the special meeting and to remove the director is NOT restricted to the Tower that Director represents. All eligible units are entitled to sign and vote. it doesn't matter what tower they own in.

The list of people who signed the petition should not be used by the Board, especially the Secretary, to harass, intimidate, or question why the unit owner signed. It is unethical at best. Anyone who has been subject to this form of harassment should contact the Directors and the Coalition immediatley. A demand for the Directors resignation will follow.
It's not always a director who does the intimidating, and it's not legal no matter who does it. Please inform the Galaxy Coalition of any such action and we will protect you.
We must stop intimidation or our homes will really go down the tubes. With your cooperation, we will restore decency to this condo.

Here is Richard Miller in 2007 when he was an Ellinger supporter fighting to get the list of petitioners list released to ellinger's supporters. He claims then, like he and slava and their supporters are claiming now, that people signed without knowing what they were signing. Now miller and slava are using the same BS ellinger and miller used before the last recall.
So why don't you tell us who these people are Miller? Slava why aren't you asking to release the names now??

2007 Slava says its SHAMEFUL because he thinks Ellinger's Board is stalling or wants to end the recall. Fast forward 2009, lerner who is now one of the three subjects of the recall is not saying a word. No notice has been sent out to the association announcing the recall petition, no vetting of the signatures has begun. Hoffman, the Secretary, has not sent any information to the homeowners regarding the petition recall or meeting. no surprise here since she is politically "in bed" with Slava and his cronies. Shamefull is right very shameful indeed.
