Allan Ellinger resigned at last night's meeting. The remaining Board members unanimously voted to appoint Lou Otero as the new President of the GTCA. The seat vacated by Harlin Blank’s resignation will be filled by a vote of the unit owners in the next election.

The Board may consider filling other available seats by a vote of the unit owners in the next election. But it's unlikely since it would be unfair to ask 6 Directors to work for 9 for the next 5 month. Most likely available seats will be filled on 14th or 15th of November

there was no decision on the seats held by Bolasco and Haase if they are recalled. if they are recalled, i'm sure the seats will be filled. Our bylaws say the new directors will serve the remainder of the terms--until 2009.

Allan no matter how much you spin it - when you owe 14,503,494 and you borrow 15,923,149, YOU BORROWED 1.4 MILLION MORE THAN YOU OWED

You get 0 points on BS story #1

When you say there is a roll back of 5 payments that you will "get back" but you didn't really "get it back" you BORROWED it BACK, it is misleading and misrepresents the truth.

You get 0 points on BS story #2

When you represent to the owners there is no prepayment penalty fee but neglect to mention under certain conditions there are fees, again you are misleading and misrepresent the truth.

You get 1/2 a point for telling a half truth on BS story #3

You could have left with some dignity if you had owned up to your mistakes but instead you took the cowards way out and stuck with your ridiculous misleading BS story of an explanation. It was insulting and the owners deserve better.

1) Where did the money go?

2) How come the title insurance is so low? I paid close to $1,500 on 1 apartment.
