the GTCA won't show the contracts to the owners who paid and will continue to pay for the work that was done in the Galaxy. As a matter of fact, some Board members are denied access to some of the contracts. Two of the Board members have asked deluca to show them the contracts ! How crazy is that! CUOG and deluca have some of the contracts because they sued the GTCA to get them and they didn't have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

So what's wrong with this picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How come for these big projects costing millions the contractor only needs $1,000,00 in insurance but if an owner wants to redo his kitchen the contractor needs $5,000,000 in insurance? The alteration agreement doesn't seem fair.
