A look back in Galaxy history when the Board attempted to bring in outside management. Cooper Square was one of the companies considered. Let's hope that all of the director's hard work isn't wasted again this time. Does anybody remember why none of these companies were selected?

Why? Because good old Sanford Simon, president at that time went to chat with the finalists for consideration before the presentation to owners. Voila: the management companies pulled out. What happened?

Guess what: Ellinger & Kaehler want to go negotiate/chat with Cooper Square by themselves without the rest of the board. Any wagers if it happens again, Cooper Square will pull out? Poison Pill anyone?
