The Galaxy Freedom of Speech lawsuit, on hold pending the outcome of the Twin Rivers case, will resume on Wednesday in the Jersey City Hudson County Courthouse at 11:30 am in front of Judge Oliveri.

The Galaxy may have run into some financial hard times but not enough to stop wasting owners' maintenance money on legal fees trying to restrict resident’s free speech.

nothing much happened today at the hearing. The judge instructed Askin to put his amended complaint in writing and file a motion at the next hearing. Buckalew and co. argued the owners are not interested in the freedom of speech lawsuit anymore. I guess the judge didn't buy what he was selling. They will be back in court in a few weeks. more $$$$$$ for buckalew!
I wonder if Ellinger still thinks that paying buckalew to defend this was better than using the insurance lawyer for free considering the financial condition the galaxy is in. Smart move again Ellinger. The big winner again in this lawsuit is buckalew.

That is why he's Mr. Popular! and on the top of the recall list. Hey guess what - I wouldn't have signed the petition if Ellinger wasn't on it.
