This is a fallacy. From the very first meeting with Cooper Square, the Search Commitee Members were made aware that Cooper Square had managed property in New Jersey. At a later date, we learned this property was The Colony in Fort Lee. I am also aware of the reasons Cooper Square no longer manages that property.

Although I am not at liberty to disclose certain information, I can tell "Concern Owner" that due diligence has been performed, and, in my subjective opinion, after careful evaluation, I believe that Cooper Square is one of the finest management companies available on the market today.

The question is, if what Mr. Lerner says is true, why would Mr. Ellinger say the Galaxy will be Cooper Sq.'s first managed property in New Jersey? Why didn't any of the five search committe members sitting at the table correct this statement if it wasn't true?

A tactic used by buckalew's office is to have directors sign a confidentiality agreement regarding a specific issue which in effect is a gag or muzzle... i always refused based on the concept that nothing a board member does should be secret.

What facts do you have to support this allegation? If you say something like this and don't have the proof to back it up it would be as irresponsible as some of the things the Board, the attorney and the manager have done. I want the readers of this website to know that I have not received anything from this person to support their allegation nor have they posted any. As it stands, their allegation has no merit and should not influence any board member or owners' decision to do business with this company. To me it holds about as much weight as Buckalew's due diligence report.
