SIGN THE NEW PETITION for a Special Meeting to recall three Board Directors:
Slava Lerner, Fini Strumza and Richard Miller.

For the past several months, a petition has been circulating for a Special Meeting to recall only Director Lerner. Following considerable discussion, homeowners voted to add Directors Strumza and Miller to the petition due to their unwillingness to make independent, rational decisions which benefit the owners and the Galaxy at large.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: to homeowners who signed the petition recalling ONLY Slava Lerner - these petitions are now void.

REMEMBER: This petition is NOT to recall these Directors; it is a petition to request the Board to hold a Special Meeting for that purpose.

In adherence to our GTCA By-Laws Article 3/Sect. 3, after being presented with roughly 300 unit owners' signatures, the Board shall be given not less than ten days, nor more than ninety days, to hold this Special Meeting.

At the Special Meeting, these Directors may be heard if they so choose, and a vote will be taken. At that time, you will be able to vote to recall one, two, or all of them.
But first, a Special Meeting must be held!

When you sign the petition, SIGN THE PROXY.
If you are unable to attend this Special Meeting, your signed proxy designates a homeowner of your choice to cast your vote in your behalf. Your chosen homeowner must attend this Special Meeting.

If you can attend the Special Meeting, your presence automatically invalidates your signed proxy. You will cast your own vote.

The proxy is good for only one time (this Special Meeting) and for one vote: to recall Directors Lerner, Strumza and Miller.

Many of your neighbors also are collecting signatures.
This is a massive campaign to bring the Galaxy into a sound financial/respectable status. If you don't agree with the recent actions of this Board - the maintenance hikes - special assessments - lack of financials - lack of transparency - not renewing the Cooper Square contract, which expired in March '09 - here's your chance to be heard.

Make your statement; register your concern; step up and cast your vote for change. Help protect our home!
