The judge denied k$ngman's attempt to vacate the judgment Lungo was granted by the court which the GTCA refused to pay and then wasted more money (this is a guess because Mr. Transparency got his buddy K$nkman to make up some cockamamie reason to deny Joel Miller's request for GAAP records LEGAL BILLS even though when I requested them from Buckalew/Ellinger , I received in detail 3 years worth of invoices. anything that was ongoing , the names were redacted) trying to vacate the judgment than the amount of the judgment, only to have the judge deny the request to vacate the judgment. Great legal advice K$ngman ! Do you have any other great ideas on how to waste association money
?

And WHY DIDN'T YOU MENTION THIS AT THE BOARD MEETING? YOU WERE QUICK TO MENTION IT WHEN YOU FILED IT !!! What's wrong? You don't want to show the owners you wasted their money or admit your shortcomings when it comes to condo law? What is this learn as you go at the owners expense? or do you just do what Lerner commands?

I hope this will be the first of many positive court decisions for the good people of the Galaxy against these evil and disgusting things that have made the good people of the Galaxy suffer for so long.

If you ask me, Lerner would have spent $10,000 or more trying to vacate lungo's $1,000 judgment. As long as he got to bring it up in open session and got K$ngman to announce it to discredit lungo or anybody else that disagrees or doesn't obey him, I believe he would think it was worth every penny. This is how scumbags like lerner operate.

Let's look back at how much money Lerner and his buddy kingman must have wasted employing lerner's revengeful and vindictive tactics

First Lerner got kingman to add Lungo as a third party defendant to the IPD lawsuit against the GTCA by convincing his idiot majority to agree to this. Not having a clue about what they were getting themselves into by voting for this, Mr. Lungo counter sues the GTCA for not maintaining the common elements (LIKE THE ROOF)

So Lungo counter sues and then guess what?? He gets approached by the GTCA with an offer to remove him as a third party defendant if he drops the counter suit. Lungo refuses to drop the counter suit.

Then like a miracle happens, Kingman/Lerner announces to the owners that IPD dismissed the lawsuit!!! Yeah right they don't want their money anymore!! sure sure. Could it be that the GTCA finally paid them so they would drop the suit and hope that Lungo's counter suit would go away?? well sorry , he didn't go away.

Let's not forget that while all this is going on, the legal bills must be mounting as high as franco's penthouse.

And then lerner gets kingman to write his 14 page fiction filled with defamatory accusations and tales of collusion with the former manager to enrich himself and B tokay caused the fire official to fine the GTCA and all sorts of great fantasy BS which K$ngman submited to the judge as a reason to vacate the $1,000 judgement lungo was awarded which the GTCA now has to pay anyway because the judge denied the request.

I can just hear the judge as he read the 14 page report saying to himself " what the F*** does this have to do with a default judgment awarded over a year ago because the GTCA attorney failed to show up in court!"

Great job wasting our money lerner and kingman and you idiots who voted for this BS.

Just got back from consulting with an attorney. He suggested the possibility of a class action suit against Lerner, his supporters on the Board, K$nkman, and the members of the FAC for violation of their fiduciary duty, rather than suing the GTCA.

class action suit? i'm in!
is tony lerner nuts or what?
bringing down the loan at the expense of WHAT? OUR HOME, OUR INVESTMENT, OUR LIFESTYLE!
great trade-off - especially when ellinger's plan continued to pay off the loan and left $$ for repairs. Especially when we could have prepaid the loan with any number of plans - not the stupidest one. but tony, excuse me, lerner exercised his mammoth experience in condo management (look around) and financials (don't bother looking, they're not there) and got us into more trouble than any of the prior boards he blames.


and yeah, mike - how come kingman didn't discuss franco's win? too embarassing, i guess...now everyone knows tony, excuse me, lerner, will spend tens of thousands of our $$ to get $1000. brilliant.
enough is enough. i will be contacting the coalition directly.

and what did this asinine attempt to save $1000 cost the owners?
the docs (gaap records dealing with legal bills) have been requested and have been denied. so it must be pretty huge! thank you much!

true - he had to live with the mold and peeling paint, he was the one they tried to discredit - now the truth will be known! i am sure kingman will announce this at the next mtg. after all, what's good for the goose...
